The Bowflex SelectTech 52 Dumbbells (In Pairs) offer a versatile and space-efficient strength training solution designed for home gyms and users who want multiple weight options without clutter. Featuring quick adjustment dials on each end of the dumbbell, users can easily switch between weight settings with a simple twist, allowing smooth transitions between exercises. Each dumbbell adjusts from 2 kg up to 24 kg, providing a wide range of resistance suitable for beginners as well as experienced lifters performing progressive strength training.

Designed to replace up to 15 individual dumbbells, the SelectTech 52 system saves significant space while maintaining workout flexibility. Instead of storing multiple pairs of weights, this all-in-one adjustable system allows users to quickly select their preferred weight for different exercises such as curls, presses, rows, or lunges. The dumbbells sit securely in the included storage trays, helping keep the workout area organized and making weight changes fast and convenient during training sessions.

Durability is a key feature of the Bowflex SelectTech 52. The dumbbells are reinforced with premium metal weight plates and a secure locking mechanism that ensures the selected plates remain firmly in place during lifts. ● Bowflex SelectTech 52 Dumbbell has 15 weight settings: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, and 24 kg per dumbbell.
● Bowflex SelectTech 52 Dumbbells (In Pairs) is compatible with the 2026 BowFlex SelectTech Stand with Rack (sold separately).

Counterfeit versions of the popular Bowflex adjustable Dumbbells are appearing in Singapore market.
