The Force USA C10-V2 All-In-One Trainer is the all-in-one trainer that owners made a best seller, but now lighter, sleeker, and stronger. It's built on square 11-gauge steel uprights with a 16mm (5/8") hole pattern and 50mm (2") laser-cut spacing on every side, an open-ecosystem six-post frame you can customize end to end.
At its core is the Cornerstone station: six pulley connections in one machine. Dual Freestyle Pulley Arms plus a high and low center cable station, so that train can be executed from every angle and every movement pattern without reconfiguring the machine. Lock Mode fixes each arm for heavy, predictable strength work. Flow Mode frees them through 180 degrees so resistance stays on the muscle through functional, explosive, and rotational training. Dual weight stacks start at 90.5kg (200lb) per side and upgrade to 113.4kg (250lb), with up to 226.8kg (500lb) of cable resistance when both stacks connect through the top or bottom pulleys. A built-in 2.26kg (5lb) micro-adjustment plate keeps your progression moving in smaller increments. The Single Track Smith Machine wraps its guide rod in 5-gauge steel for a rock-solid, heavy-duty column. A 15.9kg (35lb) integrated smith bar with professional standard knurling and spinning sleeves delivers a true barbell feel, and the industry-leading lowest starting position opens up a full deadlift range of motion.
Cable Load to Resistance Ratio:
- Top Pulleys: 2:1, 200lb:100lb (connect both for 200lb)
- Free style pulleys: 2:1, 200lb:100lb
- Bottom pulleys: 1:1, 200lb:200lb (connect both for 400lb)
A full set of pro-grade attachments is included in the box. Aluminum cable attachments where you grip them, heavy steel rack attachments where you load them, Pin-Lock J-cups and locking spotter arms with industry-leading UHMW inserts that preserve the barbell's knurling. Like the predecessor, the Force USA C10-V2 All-In-One Trainer is able to pair with the optional patent-pending Sliding Bench for leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension, and preacher curl, all cable-connected directly to the dual integrated weight stacks. Connected to the lower center cable system, it delivers up to 500 lb of resistance with no weight plates required.
