The Force USA J-Hook is built to deliver reliable barbell support for the Cornerstone Series, including the C20. Designed for 3”×3” uprights with 1” holes, these hooks lock in securely and sit flush against the rack, giving lifters a stable and consistent racking point for every set. The compact shape makes them easy to move, adjust, and position exactly where you need them. A heavy-duty steel frame gives the J-Hooks the strength to handle demanding training loads, making them suitable for squats, bench work, and overhead variations. The matte-black powder-coated finish adds durability and helps protect the hooks from chips and wear, even under frequent daily use. Each unit is engineered to stay tight and steady during re-racking, reducing unwanted wobble.

To protect your barbell, the contact surfaces are lined with UHMW inserts that prevent metal-on-metal abrasion. This helps preserve bar knurling, reduces noise during racking, and keeps both your rack and barbell in better long-term condition.
