Description
The Force USA Ski Trainer & Stand 2.0 (F-SKIERG) brings Nordic-style, full-body cardio training to the home gym through a standing pull motion that engages the arms, core, hips, and legs. Its 10 level air-driven flywheel responds directly to pulling speed and power, allowing you to adjust the intensity from steady endurance work to high-intensity intervals simply by varying how hard you pull. Two independent nylon drive cords allows you to pull both handles together for double-pole efforts or alternate arms to develop coordination and rhythm.
A backlit console tracks time, average watts, calories, stroke rate, split pace, total meters, projected 30-minute meters, pace per meter, rest time, and completed intervals. It also connects with Kinomap (iConsole is not supported). The console is powered by two D-cell batteries and includes training programs with time, distance, and calorie targets, as well as programmable work and rest intervals. Workout memory stores up to 10 records, while heart-rate monitoring is compatible with Bluetooth or ANT+ devices (not included).
Structurally, the trainer locks into a dedicated base plate with reinforced support plates, providing stability and allowing it to remain freestanding even during hard pulling efforts. It is designed for home gym owners, athletes performing intervals or aerobic conditioning, and anyone looking for low-impact, full-body training with structured and trackable workouts. This Ski trainer can also be wall-mounted, with bolt openings located above the large, easy-to-manoeuvre transport wheels.
