The Pivot HA3720 Landmine attachment is the ideal addition to your Olympic barbell (50mm diameter sleeve). By inserting the barbell into the Landmine, you unlock numerous new possibilities for training chest, shoulder, and back muscles, among other areas. The weight of these exercises can be easily adjusted by adding or removing weight plates on the free end of the bar. This attachment is an excellent tool for enhancing the strength and mobility of your upper body.
