Built for lifters who take their training as seriously as competition day, REP’s Calibrated Steel Plate Sets (KG) bring unmatched precision and consistency to every workout. These sets are designed to replicate the exact performance of plates you’ll use on the competition platform.

Every steel weight plate is calibrated to within +/-10g of its listed weight, so your training always reflects your true strength—no surprises when it’s time to step on the platform. Made from solid steel and finished with a rugged, sandblasted electroless nickel coating, these plates are engineered to endure heavy use while maintaining their premium appearance. This finish is tougher than typical powder coat or chrome, delivering superior durability, smudge resistance, and the ability to better conceal wear over time. Each plate also features a chamfered edge—a design unique to REP Fitness—that makes them easier to handle when loading or unloading from a bar or storage.

With their thin profile (11.9mm to 23.4mm depending on size), these plates allow you to load significant weight on the bar—over 400kg with larger plates—so you can push past limits without worrying about space on the sleeves. These plates are IPF compliant and feature internationally recognized color-coding for quick identification: red 25kg, blue 20kg, yellow 15kg, green 10kg, and white 5kg. Each plate is laser-etched for clear, permanent markings that stand up to heavy use. Smaller plates (1.25kg–2.5kg) follow standard specifications without color bands.
