Description

The STEPR Rower XL VPR is a heavy duty rower that combines boat-inspired ergonomics with STEPR’s patented Variable Pitch Resistance (VPR) technology. Designed for smooth, natural biomechanics and high-output training, the rower features a lower-positioned foot stretcher that promotes a longer reach and stroke, helping make each pull more efficient. Its VPR air-resistance system dynamically adjusts resistance according to the user’s effort, speed and training objective, providing 100 levels of gear feel and an exceptionally broad resistance range. This allows the Rower XL to accommodate everything from low-resistance technique and aerobic sessions to high-load strength-endurance work and intense power intervals.

The Rower XL is equipped with a backlit performance console for monitoring training metrics and is built with a heavy-duty commercial construction intended for users ranging from beginners to experienced and professional athletes. The console supports Bluetooth and ANT+ heart-rate connectivity for additional information on display. Built with heavy-duty commercial construction, transport wheels, leveling feet, and vertical storage capability, it is suitable for both home and professional fitness environments. The machine does not require a subscription or membership, making it a versatile option for users of all training levels.
