A DAY IN GYMSPORTZ

We’ll be sharing how a day looks like in Gymsportz and it goes something like this…

 

Our day starts as early as 4am, that’s when the first person wakes up in Gymsportz. The others wake up at about 5am and 6am. We like to start our day early, because the early bird catches the worm… unless you are the worm HAHAH!!! We have our breakfast, do our businesses (poop), then we send our kids to either their grandparents or childcare, and then make our way to work.

How was your week? I’m sure we are all happy it’s finally Friday so we can kick back and relax and perhaps, include a bit of exercise to relieve us from the stress accumulated over the week and to keep our fitness levels up!

 

 

 

 

 

GYMSPORTZ 30 DAY CHALLENGE

Selling gym equipment and actually being fit ourselves are very different things. Yet more often than not, we receive comments about not being bodybuilders ourselves and it puts a smile on our faces because… we really do not have the time!     When you see a kettlebell for the first time they may look odd and intimidating. No need to worry. They are just a little different than a dumbbell, but with similar benefits. The shape of the kettlebell offers some unique challenges that you won't receive with other kinds of training equipment. With a dumbbell, the weight is distributed evenly, whereas with the kettlebell the weight is uneven which makes for a different stimulus for the body.
